Shipping & Order Delivery
All products are delivered on prepaid terms. CONTINENTAL STYLES, INC. can ship to any address in the world as long as the provided information includes a physical address listing. If you are shipping International, additional charges will be incurred. When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Orders will be processed the same day if received before 2 PM EST.
- Delivery occurs on Mondays through Saturdays excluding holidays.
Sales and Use Tax
CONTINENTAL STYLES, INC. is required by law to charge sales tax on all orders in the state of Georgia. The Purchaser is responsible for all taxes on such products.
Acceptance and Inspection
Purchaser shall have two (2) days after receipt of the Products within which to Inspect the Products. Failure of Purchaser to Inspect the Products and notify Seller in writing of Purchaser\'s rejection of such products within such period, Including the specific grounds for rejection, shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the Products.
Returns
For all returned items, the Purchaser must pay the return shipping cost to CONTINENTAL STYLES, INC. All items that are not in re-saleable condition will not be entitled to any credits.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the returned item has been received and processed. You can expect the refund in the same form of payment as originally used for the purchase within 7 - 14 business days of receiving the returned item. If the return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Privacy
The credit card and personal information of the Purchaser will be kept confidential. CONTINENTAL STYLES, INC. does not sell names to any 3rd Parties.
